Governor John Carney announced the Hospitality Emergency Loan Program (HELP) to provide no-interest loans to business struggling through the economic crisis.  Primarily geared for restaurants, bars, and other hospitality industry businesses, the loans have a 10-year term with payments deferred for nine months.  Loan money can cover unavoidable costs, such as rent and utilities, but the funds may not cover personnel costs. Loans will be capped at $10,000 per business per month.
